Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders over $300. For all orders $300 and under a flat $12 shipping fee Australia wide will apply. We estimate your goods will arrive within 5 - 8 business days. During peak promotional period and holidays please allow longer.  Note - WA, regional or remote areas may also take  longer.  

If your order is urgent, we offer EXPRESS SHIPPING Australia wide at a rate of $25. Please note express shipping will take approximately 4 business days for delivery and  Please allow extra time time (up to 10 days) around peak promotional periods and public holidays.

Alternatively, IN-STORE PICK-UP is available from Mg2 in Hawksburn Village (560 Malvern Rd Prahran East, Vic). Please check our opening hours.

Please supply your best daytime address for shipping as Australia Post may require a signature on delivery for some orders. If no one is available to sign for the package, they will leave a note to arrange re-delivery, or to collect from your local Post Office.

In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

International Shipping

For international customers (incl New Zealand) we charge a flat rate of $60.00 shipping. It is estimated that the goods will take up to twenty working days to reach major capital cities and longer some countries. Please note that the goods may take longer to reach you around public holidays. There are countries we are unable to deliver to as a result of customs and laws prohibiting the goods from entering those countries.

Please note many countries have taxes and duties pertaining to certain goods. We are not responsible for those taxes and duties. It is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for any queries regarding this.
